Workshop 2 - Managing Through a Crisis

This course is part of a three-part series of workshops focused on educating and training future leaders to be prepared for the next pandemic and to build on current responses to Covid-19 and emerging variants. This is a grant-awarded pilot project funded by the National Institute for Innovation in Manufacturing Biopharmaceuticals (NIIMBL). You may take each of the three workshops sequentially or separately. The program is 12 hours total (based on individual progress).

In this workshop, you will review the historical aspects of pandemics and the impact on society locally and nationally. You will address the factors that may contribute to resistance to vaccination and learn tools to managing during a crisis.
