Full course description
This workshop is part of a three-part series of workshops focused on educating and training future leaders to be prepared for the next pandemic and to build on current responses to Covid-19 and emerging variants. This is a grant-awarded pilot project funded by the National Institute for Innovation in Manufacturing Biopharmaceuticals (NIIMBL). You may take each of the three workshops sequentially or separately. The program is 12 hours total (based on individual progress).
In this workshop, you will explore the strategic management process for implementing a professional pandemic preparedness program. There will be hands on exercises and strategies applicable to non-profit and for-profit organizations.
